Compliance Overview

 

The Compliance function is accessible from the View menu.  When selected, the system displays the compliance functions available to meet federal reporting requirements:

 

 

Clicking on the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) icon displays the OSHA page, where you may enter the details of OSHA-related incidents.

Clicking on the COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act) icon displays the COBRA-Eligibility page, where you may enter the details for continuation of group health coverage benefits.

 

Clicking on the New Hire I-9 icon displays Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, which must be completed by new employees to verify that they are authorized to work in the United States.

Clicking on the New Hire W-4 icon displays Form W-4,  which must be completed by new employees so that the employer can withhold the correct federal income tax from employee pay.

 

Clicking on the HIPAA icon displays the HIPAA Certificates page.
