Compliance Overview |
The Compliance function is accessible from the View menu. When selected, the system displays the compliance functions available to meet federal reporting requirements:

Clicking on the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) icon displays the OSHA page, where you may enter the details of OSHA-related incidents. |
Clicking on the COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act) icon displays the COBRA-Eligibility page, where you may enter the details for continuation of group health coverage benefits. |

Clicking on the New Hire I-9 icon displays Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, which must be completed by new employees to verify that they are authorized to work in the United States. |
Clicking on the New Hire W-4 icon displays Form W-4, which must be completed by new employees so that the employer can withhold the correct federal income tax from employee pay. |
Clicking on the HIPAA icon displays the HIPAA Certificates page. |
